If you’re not familiar with turmeric it is the yellow-orange spice used in Asian cooking. It contains curcumin which is being hailed as a powerful antioxidant and can help you make the leap to eating right.

When you consider that our bodies generally run for 70 or 80 years without really needing much of anything, in most cases, wouldn’t you say we’re pretty amazing? Of course some people will have to deal with illness at some point, but most of us stay relatively healthy throughout this time. What can we do to help ourselves along the way? There are three basic things we should be doing to stay healthy.
We should eat right, exercise and drink plenty of water. Sounds simple enough, right? Of course there are other things we should and should not do to stay healthy but it is essential that we do these three things on a daily basis. continue reading »
