In her book, “The Flexitarian Diet” author Dawn Jackson Blatner offers a more casual approach to the strict rules of the typical vegetarian plan.
While the focus is still on eating healthy vegetarian foods like beans, nuts, whole grains and produce this plan offers 3 levels for the “flexitarian” diet plan.
