I have attempted a variety of weight loss diet programs with varying levels of success. I do believe that the high protein diets like the Atkins diet can work well for various people, although I don’t think you ought to stay on them for too long, for the reason that digesting that much protein may place a lot of burden on your body. I now days stay on the zone diet plan since this feels to be well balanced and works well for me.

Nice site. I have tried various weight loss strategies over the years but have at last had success by following these suggestions. I consume 6 smaller meals per day, I eat protein with every meal, breakfast is my largest meal and dinner will be my smallest meal. Simply following these effortless guidelines I have managed to lose weight.

If you are trying to lose weight, make sure you make a plan that is viable. I find that people set out to lose all this weight, but they overwhelm themselves, then after 2 or 3 weeks or less they have lost all motiviation to continue. I have tried many weight loss diet programs over the years and have had varying levels of success. I at the present mostly stick using high protein diet programs as they have given me the most effective results. Generate a calorie deficit and you shall always lose pounds, you accomplish this with either your diet or exercise, still better a blend of both.

It’s so hard to avoid gaining weight over the holidays. I just try to make sure I keep up with my exercise routine and hope that helps to offset over-indulging in all those holiday goodies!
