I have attempted a variety of weight loss diet programs with varying levels of success. I do believe that the high protein diets like the Atkins diet can work well for various people, although I don’t think you ought to stay on them for too long, for the reason that digesting that much protein may place a lot of burden on your body. I now days stay on the zone diet plan since this feels to be well balanced and works well for me.

I have tried many weight loss diet programs over the years and have had varying levels of success. I at the present mostly stick using high protein diet programs as they have given me the most effective results. Generate a calorie deficit and you shall always lose pounds, you accomplish this with either your diet or exercise, still better a blend of both.
